Edmonton Word of Wisdom Prayer Ministry was formed to answer a clear need in the city: a spiritually grounded community where people could gather for intercession, practical biblical teaching, and mutual encouragement. In an urban setting marked by rapid growth, cultural diversity, and real household pressures, the ministry developed as a place of refuge and direction.
From its early prayer meetings to its current outreach rhythm, the ministry has kept a simple focus. We believe prayer changes people, Scripture forms character, and the local church can strengthen the social fabric of a city when it serves with integrity and compassion.
